Prime Time has two modern packing facilities in California (Coachella and Oxnard), utilizing the most current packing technology. Additionally, there are five packing houses in Mexico that adhere to the same stringent guidelines.
Peppers are gently transferred from field bins onto the packing line where they are washed, sanitized, graded, sized, stickered, and packaged in bags or various size cartons and containers.
These fully automated, ultra modern facilities allow for continuous quality check points and consistent sizing and count. These pack houses enable us to provide our customers with controls and assurances that our competitors field pack operations cannot provide.
