Bring a pot of water to boiling and boil the Prime Time Corn for 3-5 minutes OR grill the corn over medium high heat for 3-5 minutes.
Combine the Prime Time Corn, avocado, tomatoes, black beans, and spinach in a large bowl. Mix together the dressing in another bowl, pour over the salad, and gently toss to mix. Chill the salad for 1-2 hours, to allow the flavors to blend.
