Persian cucumbers, cut into rounds

mini peppers, sliced into rings

carrots, cut/peeled into ribbons or cut into small pieces

shallot, thinly sliced

Asian miso ginger dressing, any brand

chili crunch oil

tbsp
everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
Add all of the chopped veggies to a large bowl.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
Add the chili oil and bagel seasoning and toss everything together.
Top with more bagel seasoning, if desired, and serve right away or chill for 1 hour, toss again, then serve.
